Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and problem-solving tools.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of product requirements based on technical tasks.
• Coordination of execution of technical compliance for product changes.
• Monitoring changes in EU legislation related to PB products.

Skills

Automotive quality standards knowledge (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949)

Problem-solving tools (8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa diagrams)

Communication skills

Details-oriented

Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes

Ability to work independently under pressure

Organizational skills

English (B2+)

Fluent in Russian

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or relevant technical field

Master's degree preferred

Certification(s) in automotive quality management systems
