A global recruitment agency is seeking a New Vehicle Trainer in Lisbon to develop and deliver technical training for an international automotive company. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in training, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high level of technical knowledge for MFTBC vehicles. This role offers opportunities for career development and working in a multicultural environment. Applicants should possess business-level English proficiency and ideally other European languages.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative and efficient product and driver training concepts.
• Conduct high-quality product training following the annual training schedule.
• Create annual and quarterly training schedules, adjusting for cancellations.
• Manage training-related events for international markets.
• Coordinate with vendors for training plans when needed.

Conhecimentos

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

Proficiency in Word

Proficiency in Excel

Proficiency in Access

Proficiency in PowerPoint

Business-level proficiency in English

Experience as a trainer for more than three years

Technical knowledge of MFTBC vehicles

Basic skills in Articulate 360

Basic skills in Adobe CC
