WE ARE META is seeking a Vulnerability Management Specialist to join our Porto-based hybrid team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in vulnerability management and can produce structured reports on vulnerability findings and security posture for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role requires advanced MS Excel skills to build dashboards and reporting templates, plus strong verbal communication to convey prioritised remediation actions to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in vulnerability management.
• Ability to produce structured, accurate vulnerability reports and security posture assessments.
• Advanced MS Excel for data sets, dashboards, and reporting templates.
• Ability to translate complex technical details for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong verbal communication to present vulnerability status and recommendations.
• Fluency in English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Produce structured vulnerability findings and security posture reports on a scheduled basis and on stakeholder request.
• Maintain and analyze vulnerability data sets and dashboards.
• Present vulnerability status, priorities, and recommendations to teams and clients.

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Vulnerability Management Specialist
• Ability to produce structured, accurate reports on vulnerability findings and security posture both on a scheduled basis and upon stakeholder request
• Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level, including the ability to build, maintain, and analyze vulnerability data sets, dashboards, and reporting templates
• Capacity to synthesize complex technical information into clear written deliverables suited for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong verbal communication skills to present vulnerability status, priorities, and recommendations effectively across teams and client stakeholders
• Fluency in English (B2)

Nice to have:

• Foundational or applied knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including vulnerability identification, risk assessment, and remediation tracking

Important: This position follows a hybrid model — 3 days per week at the Porto office (candidates must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit)
