For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of proven experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring/Spring Boot
• Solid experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and API testing)
• Strong understanding of software design principles (Clean Code, SOLID, maintainable architectures)
• Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with a DevOps-oriented mindset
• Experience with Kafka and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
• Solid experience designing and operating microservices architectures
• Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level)
• Fluency in French is a great plus
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Porto or Lisbon offices (requires availability to relocate to Portugal )
