We Are META in Portugal is seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives across multiple stakeholders. You’ll drive scope, budgets, timelines and risk management to deliver production-ready solutions in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto, with Portugal-based eligibility or EU work permit.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Infrastructure or Production Support;
• Strong experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including scope, budget, timelines, risks and stakeholders;
• Solid technical knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, WebSphere, Oracle and Cloud environments;
• Experience with Application Production Support / L3 support;
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP;
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, preferably Dynatrace;
• Experience coordinating technical teams and ensuring transition to RUN / production support;
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
• Availability for a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto;
• Being based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
