We Are META in Porto is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will design and maintain secure automation across infrastructure and deployment pipelines, collaborating with distributed teams to deliver resilient systems.

The ideal candidate has about 6 years of DevSecOps experience, is proficient in Python and PowerShell, and can coach colleagues on IaC practices. English (B2) is required; Porto-based presence twice weekly is expected.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices.
• English fluency (B2) and collaboration skills.
• Hybrid work availability: 2 days/week in Porto.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 6 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer
• Proficient in Python and PowerShell scripting to build and maintain automation solutions across infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Ability to coach and upskill Operations teams on Infrastructure as Code principles, scripting, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with C# is an asset to better understand and support the applications managed within the deployment pipeline.
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
