Job summary

RISK inc is seeking a VIP Client Management specialist in Portugal to communicate with high-value clients via chat, email, and phone, and to develop tailored activation plans. The role focuses on monitoring activity, reactivation efforts, and resolving issues around deposits and withdrawals.

Experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management in iGaming is a plus. Fluency in Ukrainian and Portuguese, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent Ukrainian and Portuguese with confident written and spoken communication
• Experience in iGaming retention/activation or VIP account management is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills for conflicts and demanding clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Typing speed 200+ characters per minute, able to handle 5-10 chats simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Communicate with VIP clients across messengers, live chats, email, and phone calls
• Analyze client accounts and create an activation plan for each client
• Monitor client activity daily and work on reactivation
• Handle significant wins and losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients
• Resolve issues with failed deposits and withdrawals
• Analyze client complaints and suggest improvements to customer experience
• Collaborate with the team to elevate product issues via tickets and follow up
