Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join teams and drive design across the product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation. You will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and developers to craft intuitive, scalable experiences.

You will use Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and design systems to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed documentation, with opportunities for remote work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI Design and Design Thinking practices.
• Proficient with modern design tools and design systems.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, prototypes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and user needs, translating them into digital solutions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our teams and contribute to the design, evolution, and continuous improvement of digital products used across complex business environments. In this role, you will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from problem discovery and user research to solution design, validation, documentation, and implementation support.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, development teams, and end users to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences.

What you will do

• Understand business challenges, user needs, and product objectives, translating them into effective digital solutions;
• Lead discovery activities, workshops, user interviews, and validation sessions to support product decision-making;
• Define personas, user journeys, information architecture, navigation flows, and functional requirements;
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for digital products;
• Contribute to product strategy, vision, roadmap definition, and upstream backlog management in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Develop and evolve Design Systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and component reusability across multiple applications.

What you are like

• Experienced in UX/UI Design, User-Centered Design methodologies, Design Thinking practices, and Design Systems;
• Proficient in facilitating discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and user research activities;
• Experienced in product management activities, including product vision definition, roadmap planning, and upstream backlog management;
• Proficient in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed product documentation;
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Azure DevOps, and Matomo.
