Qualifications

• Высшее образование в релевантной области
• Опыт не менее 5 лет в цифровых продуктах и Agile
• Сильные навыки UX/UI, Design Thinking, Design Systems, discovery и roadmapping
• Опыт работы с Azure DevOps, Figma, Adobe XD, Miro и Matomo
• Опыт исследования пользователей, создание персоны, путей пользователя и прототипирования
• Будет плюсом: знание AI-опыта, Copilot Studio, Git/GitHub, Scrum/Kanban сертификации

Responsibilities

• Понимать потребности пользователей, бизнес-цели и задачи продукта, переводить их в цифровые решения
• Планировать и проводить discovery-мероприятия, воркшопы и сессии пользователей
• Создавать пользовательские маршруты, IA, вайрфреймы, прототипы и масштабируемые дизайн-системы
• Тесно сотрудничать с Product Owner, стейкхолдерами и командами разработки на протяжении всего цикла продукта

Задачи:

• Understand user needs, business challenges, and product goals, translating them into effective digital solutions


• Plan and facilitate discovery activities, workshops, and user sessions to gather insights and validate concepts


• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and scalable design systems


• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from roadmap definition to implementation and documentation

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field


• At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in digital product environments and Agile methodologies


• Strong hands-on experience with UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Design Systems, product discovery, and roadmap definition


• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and Matomo


• Experience with backlog management, user research, personas, user journeys, prototyping, and product documentation
