Decskill is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive the end-to-end UX process in Lisbon. You will translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, advocating for usability, accessibility, and a strong design culture while mentoring other designers in an agile environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor other designers.
