Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join teams and drive design across the product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation. You will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and developers to craft intuitive, scalable experiences.

You will use Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and design systems to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed documentation, with opportunities for remote work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI Design and Design Thinking practices.
• Proficient with modern design tools and design systems.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, prototypes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and user needs, translating them into digital solutions.
• Lead discovery activities and validation sessions to support product decisions.
• Define personas, journeys, IA and functional requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and backlog management.
• Develop and evolve Design Systems for consistency across applications.
