Job summary

Decskill is seeking a UX Designer to join our Braga team. You’ll lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery, translating user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions.

Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications, while advocating for usability, accessibility, and a strong design culture within agile teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor other designers.
