Job summary

Randstad Digital Portugal is seeking a junior professional to support Control & Risk, Data & Process Management, and Reporting across global teams. You will review transactions, maintain referentials, and prepare KPI summaries while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Senior Management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Economics/Finance/Accounting and 0–2 years in banking operations, with strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Salary includes a meal allowance and is paid monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting is mandatory.
• 0–2 years experience in banking and financial operations.
• Proficient understanding of Financial Markets (Trading) and Middle Office operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Control & Risk: Perform second-level controls (LOD1) on sales and trading activities; review transactions to identify potential breaches; mitigate fraud and operational risks.
• Data & Process Management: Maintain the Optimus referential (mandates and portfolios) and continuously adapt internal control processes.
• Reporting & KPIs: Coordinate monthly statistical reports; monitor KPI reliability; deliver targeted analytical summaries.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Lead meetings across organizational levels and handle ad-hoc queries from global teams (Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Senior Management).

Salary Expectation: €1,450 gross/month + Meal Allowance
