Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is looking for a senior Commercial leader to own the UK market. You will build and manage an ambitious Ecommerce team, overseeing Marketing, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Service to accelerate growth.

You will manage the P&L, shape country strategy, and pursue scalable growth opportunities. This role offers a hybrid setup, international collaboration, and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial roles ideally managing Ecommerce or Retail channels.
• Strong analytical skills and a numbers-driven mindset.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-impact Ecommerce team for the UK market.
• Oversee Marketing, Logistics, Operations and CS for the country.
• Manage the P&L and drive growth.
• Develop a strategic view to become the UK market leader.
• Analyze growth structures to accelerate market expansion.
• Identify value cases and reporting to boost sales.
• Think entrepreneurially, test and scale new growth ideas.
• Own new growth projects within the UK market.
