Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon seeks a Senior Category Manager to lead the Mattress & Bed categories for the French market. You will shape the long-term category strategy, define the portfolio, pricing, and positioning while ensuring competitive, customer-centric assortments aligned with business goals.

Based in Lisbon, you will collaborate across Ecommerce, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Excellence and Supply Chain to drive product success end-to-end and communicate compelling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing, RGM, KAM, business strategy or consulting.
• You understand pricing, margin drivers and channel dynamics.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term category strategy for Mattress & Bed within the French DTC market.
• Lead portfolio strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, CS and supply chain for product success.
• Ensure clear product communication across webshop and channels.
• Monitor performance with sales data and market insights for improvements.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Own product knowledge bases and lead strategic category projects.
