Job summary

Medtronic plc in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our in-house Service & Repair team. You will be the main contact for customers, manage service requests, quotes, orders, and collaborate with engineers, repair centers, and logistics to ensure rapid, high-quality service.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers during the service and repair journey.
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders, and follow-ups to ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers, logistics, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
• Support quality and compliance in a highly regulated MedTech environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in projects, system enhancements and UAT activities.
