Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Treasury/Finance student or recent graduate to join our international team. You will support daily cash operations, payments, and bank reconciliations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing D2C brand.

This role offers a competitive 1250€ monthly package, private health insurance, language classes, and exposure to cross-border treasury initiatives as you contribute from day one.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in cash management, banking operations, or Treasury.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style.
• Proactive, curious, and able to communicate with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• You will support daily cash operations by monitoring cash balances, updating cash trackers, and ensuring accounts have sufficient liquidity.
• You will assist with daily payment runs, verify information accuracy, and support both local and international payments.
• You will help manage bank accounts by collecting documentation, updating internal records, and coordinating with banks on operational matters.
• You will support intercompany cash movements, funding requests, and basic cash pooling tasks.
• You will help maintain accurate documentation, including bank details, process notes, and authorizations, and support basic reconciliations or control checks.
• You will assist in preparing weekly or monthly cash reports and dashboards for Treasury and Finance teams.
• You will contribute to Treasury improvement initiatives, such as process automation, system clean-ups, and policy implementation.

What you’ll do:

Who we’re looking for :

• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• You are interested in cash management, banking operations, or Treasury (previous experience is a plus but not required)
• You are equipped with a strong analytical mindset and solid Excel skills
• You are someone with high attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style
• You are proactive, curious, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders
• You are fluent in English
