Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a driven intern to lead business development projects within our Ecommerce market in Lisbon. You will monitor product performance, identify growth opportunities, and work with operations to ensure a smooth supply chain while contributing insights to marketing campaigns.

Qualificações

• Currently studying or graduated in business administration, media management or related field.
• Strong business sense or startup experience.
• Strong analytical skills and fast learner.
• Able to take responsibility and work independently.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

What you'll do:

• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of business development in one of our Ecommerce markets
• You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities
• You will collaborate with our operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain of our products
• You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns
• You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…)
• You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback
• You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally

Who we're looking for:

• You are studying or have graduated in business administration, media management or any related university program
• You have a strong business sense or have gained first practical working experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment
• You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently
• You are available for at least 6 months
• You are fluent inEnglish, other European languages are a plus
