Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a proactive intern to support the Global Process Excellence team on strategic projects and process improvements. You will own defined topics, conduct analyses, build business cases and drive implementation with independence.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global Process Excellence on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Help simplify processes, documentation and tools, exploring AI solutions to increase team effectiveness.

What you'll do:

• You will support the Global Process Excellence team on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives, gaining exposure to a broad range of operational and business challenges.
• You will take ownership of defined project topics, supporting analysis, research, business cases and implementation while driving your tasks independently.
• You will help us improve how we work by simplifying processes, documentation and tools, including exploring how digital and AI solutions can make our teams more effective.
• You will work with different teams across the organization, turning insights into clear recommendations, presentations and practical solutions.

Who we are looking for:

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• You are structured and analytical, and enjoy breaking down problems and finding practical solutions
• You take ownership, work independently and can be relied on to follow through on your commitments
• You are proactive, curious and comfortable learning about new topics and tools
• You communicate clearly, are comfortable working with data and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
