Job summary

Stratio in Coimbra is seeking a field installation specialist to handle the Databox installation lifecycle on client vehicles across Europe. You will perform on-site installations, uninstalls and re-installs, ensuring compliance with our technical standards and documenting each step.

You will also provide remote support, training for customers and partners, and create installation materials while reporting progress to your project lead. The role requires travel and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

Technical degree or professional experience in the electrical or mechanical field.
Driver's license (category B).
Willing to travel abroad (average 2 weeks per month).
Availability to work weekends and night hours.
Great level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure.
Independent user of English.

Responsibilities

Install, uninstall, and reinstall the Stratio Databox and connected hardware following internal procedures.
Provide field or remote support to diagnose and fix issues with Stratio Hardware Solution.
Train customers and partners on using Stratio hardware solutions.
Create installation manuals and harnesses per internal procedures.
Report progress to your supervisor and project lead.
Represent Stratio professionally at client sites.
