SKIDATA is seeking a technically oriented professional to implement and maintain Skidata solutions in Portugal. You will perform preventive or corrective maintenance, provide technical support, and participate in pre-sales activities while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, with at least 2 years in technical support for engineering solutions.
- Minimum education: secondary or higher education in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Develop preventive or corrective maintenance work, technical support and implementation of Skidata solutions and products at client facilities.
- Carry out activity in person at the client's facilities, remotely from their workstation, or in a laboratory or other Skidata facilities.
- Maintain high levels of service quality and customer attention/support.
- Collaborate in pre-sales activities in technical and commercial aspects.
- Support the company's Operations area processes and prepare work reports and service spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner.
