SAS is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle premium travel inquiries in Norwegian and English from our Warsaw office. You will assist with ticket purchases, payment methods, and problem-solving for travel issues, while delivering exceptional customer service via calls and chat.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and a collaborative, patient approach in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) both written and spoken.
• Helpful, collaborative spirit and highly organized.
• Active listener with clear communication.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls /chat.
