Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle premium travel inquiries for Nordic SAS with Norwegian customers. You will assist with ticket purchases, manage various payment methods, and support travelers facing difficulties, via calls and chat, from a Warsaw office.

The role requires fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2), a collaborative spirit, and strong organizational skills. A fully paid training program and an inclusive, diverse work environment are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) written and spoken.
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit, enthusiastic and patient.
