KLx, S.A in Portugal seeks a Fullstack Developer to join its Insurance Division, contributing to the design and delivery of business and technical features. You will work within a hybrid model and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Computer Science degree, communicates fluently in French and English, and possesses experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API among other technologies.

• Contribute to code quality through reviews and validation of merge requests.
• Ensure proper documentation of developed User Stories.

Mission

Within KLx, you will join our Insurance Division, working on an insurance IT ecosystem combining legacy ERP systems and modern front-end applications.

As a Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of business and technical features, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with Agile practices.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will:

• Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to the development of business, application, and technical features
• Support Product Owners and Business Analysts in defining acceptance criteria
• Participate in the prioritization of User Stories when technical dependencies exist
• Contribute to code quality through reviews and validation of merge requests
• Ensure proper documentation of developed User Stories

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

Technical Skills

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API
• Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and HTML
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Maven)
• Understanding of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and event-driven tools (Kafka) is a plus.
