Cleerly is seeking a Planning and Support Manager for the Training Department to orchestrate training delivery, calendar management, and stakeholder communication. The role offers an opportunity to develop improved operational processes and to scale training capabilities as the company grows.

The successful candidate will lead the Training Coordinator, refine training schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive KPI dashboards while collaborating with the Educational and Technical Sr.

Qualificações

• CCP certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences, HR Management, or a relevant technical field is required.
• Experience in QMS systems is highly valued.
• 1+ years in a direct leadership or coordinator management role (demonstrated ability to manage training teams and schedules).
• 1+ years in designing, implementing, and auditing training methodologies and effectiveness frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Training Coordinator and manage the training schedule process.
• Update Work Instructions and SOPs as required by regulatory compliance.
• Manage training records and support KPI definition.
• Collaborate with Sr. Director to align training capacity with requirements.
• Oversee daily operations of the training department and scheduling.
• Develop KPI dashboards and training methodologies; ensure effectiveness.
