Cleerly is seeking a Planning and Support Manager for the Training Department to lead the planning and organization of training delivery. You will coordinate the training calendar, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements across the department.

The role reports to the Educational and Technical Sr. Director, overseeing scheduling, records, and SOP updates, with a focus on scalable, compliant training operations and KPI performance.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and auditing training methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and organization of training delivery.
• Manage training schedule process and records.
• Update Work Instructions and SOPs to meet regulatory compliance.
• Develop Training KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sr. Director and Technical Manager on global expansion.
