Webasto Group is seeking a motivated candidate to support the Tool Ordering process. You will create tools in SAP, coordinate with suppliers, manage tool plates, and assist in tool sales and annual inventory. A business administration background and basic SAP knowledge are required.

The role offers a hybrid work format in Portugal with health insurance, extra days off, and access to the Webasto Academy for skill development.

Competenze

• Business Administration degree or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Support the Tool Ordering process with compliance checks and guidelines.

• Support the Tool Ordering process by doing compliance checks and assuring internal guidelines are being followed.
• Creation of the respective tool in the SAP system.
• Contact the suppliers to fullfill Tool Inventory List and update the necessary information in the SAP system.
• Handling of tool plates management (own tools and tools for sale).
• Support process for tool sales and annual inventory.

Salary Range: 14k-18k
