Job summary

Webasto SE in Lisbon seeks an entry-level Purchasing & Supplier Quality Support Specialist to help onboard suppliers in ARIBA, manage certificate questionnaires, and coordinate data changes. Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers in ARIBA and handle certificate questionnaires.
• Clarify process deviations with purchasing, legal, etc.
• Review supplier certificates annually against due dates.
• Support supplier data changes in ARIBA and coordinate exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Support suppliers to be onboarded in ARIBA including certificate questionnaire
• Internal clarification in case of process deviations (purchasing, legal, etc)
• Yearly review of certificates based on due dates and support to suppliers if needed
• Support suppliers with data changes in ARIBA
• Coordinate exceptions with respective supplier owners

Requirements

• Language skills: fluent in English
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of MS office tools
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Experience with SAP ARIBA
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset
• High level of accountability and accuracy

Salary range: 25-28K annual
