Job summary

Webasto Group is seeking a motivated candidate to support the Tool Ordering process. You will create tools in SAP, coordinate with suppliers, manage tool plates, and assist in tool sales and annual inventory. A business administration background and basic SAP knowledge are required.

The role offers a hybrid work format in Portugal with health insurance, extra days off, and access to the Webasto Academy for skill development.

Qualifications

• Business Administration degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication and cooperative mindset.
• High level of accountability and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tool Ordering process with compliance checks and guidelines.
• Create and manage tool records in SAP.
• Contact suppliers to complete Tool Inventory List and update SAP records.
• Handle tool plates management (own tools and tools for sale).
• Support tool sales processes and annual inventory.
