Quanteam, the founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Trade Support Analyst based in Lisbon. The role collaborates with Sales & Trading, clients, legal, and operations to ensure timely settlement of loan trades and to maintain accurate trade records.

You will monitor positions, prepare confirmations, verify pricing, and generate KPIs. 0–2 years of experience and a degree in Economics/Finance are required, with English fluency (B2+).

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Work with Sales & Trading desk, clients, legal counsel, and operations to settle loans.
• Create and maintain trade records with accurate transaction details.
• Monitor trade positions and manage high-volume settlements to completion.
• Prepare and review trade confirmations, agreements, and settlement docs.
• Verify trade pricing and settlement calculations prior to closing.
• Produce regular reports on unsettled trades, risks, and KPIs for management.
• Monitor and process corporate actions affecting trades.
• Investigate and resolve settlement issues with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements using Excel and automation to improve efficiency.

Operations & Finance

We are looking for a Trade Support Analyst

• Work closely with the Sales & Trading desk, clients, legal counsel, and operations teams to facilitate the timely settlement of primary and secondary loan trades.
• Create and maintain trade records, ensuring all transaction details are accurate and complete.
• Monitor trade positions and manage a high volume of transactions through to settlement, providing regular status updates and escalating potential delays.
• Prepare and review trade confirmations, assignment agreements, participation agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other settlement documentation.
• Verify trade pricing and settlement calculations prior to closing and prepare all required settlement documentation.
• Produce regular reports on unsettled trades, operational risks, and key performance metrics for management.
• Monitor and process corporate actions affecting both pending and settled transactions.
• Investigate and resolve trade settlement issues, discrepancies, and operational breaks in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging Excel, reporting tools, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Internship or academic exposure to Financial Markets is a plus.
• Experience with Python, VBA, or similar programming/automation tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 18.000€ to 23.000€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
