Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking an Application Production Support professional in Lisbon. The role focuses on maintaining Front Office applications, incident management, deployments, and collaboration across AppOps, DevOps, and Cloud teams.

Requirements include strong Linux/Windows administration, experience with Tomcat/Apache/JBoss, and knowledge of CI/CD tools. Hybrid work with a gross annual salary of 15,000–60,500€ offers career development and health benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maintenance and availability of Front Office applications.

Operations & Finance

We are looking for an Application Production Support

• Ensure the Operational Maintenance (MCO) of Front Office applications, guaranteeing availability, stability, and service continuity.
• Act as the main point of contact for the assigned application landscape.
• Coordinate incidents, changes, and service requests across business, development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage critical incidents (P1/P2), lead war rooms, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Produce Incident Reports, Post-Incident Reviews, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Analyze recurring incidents and contribute to Problem Management activities.
• Oversee application deployments, production releases, and infrastructure changes.
• Monitor batch processing activities, file transfers, and service level compliance.
• Support patch management, vulnerability remediation, technology obsolescence, and decommissioning initiatives.
• Participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and manage delegated projects and change requests.
• Collaborate closely with AppOps, DevOps, Cloud, and Mainframe teams to improve operational processes and service reliability.
• Proven experience in Application Support, Production Support, or IT Operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows systems administration, including log analysis, process management, and shell scripting (Bash).
• Hands‑on experience with application servers such as Tomcat, Apache, and JBoss.
• Knowledge of deployment packages and application components (WAR, EAR, JAR).
• Experience with Control‑M for batch monitoring, troubleshooting, and SLA management.
• Familiarity with file transfer solutions such as CFT / Connect:Express.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and/or GCP services, including monitoring, IAM, backup, recovery, and security management.
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring/APM tools for performance analysis and incident troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and automation practices, including Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Good knowledge of ITIL v4 principles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in business‑critical environments.
• French level B2 minimum and English level B1 minimum.
• Hybrid position based in Lisbon
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ and 60.500€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
