Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking a Junior Trade Support Analyst. The role is hybrid and based in Lisbon, with a gross annual salary between 15.000€ and 24.500€, depending on experience and competencies.

We require 0–2 years in Banking or Financial Markets, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics/Finance/Accounting, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English. Health Insurance and CTI permanent contract are part of the package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Banking, Financial Operations, Middle Office, Financial Markets, or a similar environment.
• Good understanding or strong interest in Financial Markets and Trading activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Hybrid position based in Lisbon.
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ and 24.500€.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and control financial and trading transactions to identify unauthorized or irregular operations.
• Contribute to a strong and resilient control framework within financial markets.
• Identify and report potential breaches, operational risks, and suspicious activities.
• Monitor relevant indicators and KPIs, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare analysis, summaries, reports, and presentations for different stakeholders.
• Contribute to statistical reporting and performance monitoring.
• Participate in meetings with different levels of the organization and present findings when required.
• Maintain a critical view of existing processes and contribute to operational risk and fraud prevention.
• Support the continuous improvement of control processes and procedures.
