Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is a consulting firm specialized in Banking and Financial Services. We are seeking an Operations Analytics & Automation Specialist to analyze operational data and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

You will support recurring reporting and develop simple automation prototypes using Python and Visual Basic, translating business needs into functional requirements and collaborating with Operations Managers to boost productivity.

Qualificações

• Experience in operational data analysis and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Python and Visual Basic.
• Understanding of automation principles and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of reporting, data collection, and capacity management processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal; French knowledge is considered a plus.

Main Tasks

• Analyze operational data to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support the automation of recurring reporting and operational activities.
• Develop simple automation prototypes using Python and Visual Basic where applicable.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical implementation.
• Support capacity management reporting and data collection processes.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address operational challenges.
• Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor and optimize operational workflows to deliver measurable productivity gains.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 24.500€ to 60.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
