Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant based in Lisbon. The role focuses on identifying and automating repetitive processes in Financial Markets Operations, translating needs into functional requirements for tech teams, and delivering measurable efficiency gains.

The position offers a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of 24,000€ to 30,000€, health insurance, and access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in a similar area.
• Experience with Python and VBA.
• Good understanding of market operations.
• Interest for AI and automation.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Develop simple automation/AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology teams.
• Work with Operations Managers to implement and validate solutions.
• Track and demonstrate measurable efficiency and productivity gains.
• Experience +3 years in a similar area
• Experience with Python and VBA.
• Good understanding of market operations,
• Interest for AI and automation
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).

This role offers a gross annual salary between 24.000€ to 30.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
