Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking an Accountant - Financial Markets to support daily reconciliations and accounting control within our back-office environment in Lisbon.

The role requires knowledge of banking accounting, IFRS standards, and experience with SUMMIT/SOPHIS/MUREX, plus 2–3 years in similar roles. Hybrid work with 2 days in the office.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Knowledge of banking accounting and IFRS standards.
• Experience with back-office applications is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Control and monitor daily reconciliations between back-office management systems and the accounting database.
• Daily control of accounting production monitoring, processing of CRE and CRS rejections.
• Daily reconciliation of suspense accounts and deferred accounts, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitoring of the chart of accounts; documentation of products and processes for new products and accounting schemes modifications.
• Accounting testing work and documentation for new products and accounting schemes modifications.

We are looking for an Accountant - Financial Markets.

• Control and monitoring of daily reconciliations between Back-office management systems and the accounting database.
• Daily control of accounting production monitoring, processing of CRE and CRS rejections.
• Daily reconciliation of suspense accounts and deferred accounts, and resolution of discrepancies (manual accounting entries).
• Monitoring of the chart of accounts.
• Accounting testing work and documentation of products and processes for new products and accounting schemes modifications.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a accounting role.
• Knowledge banking accounting and more specifically of Market Products and associated IFRS standards
• Experience with Back-office applications (SUMMIT, SOPHIS, MUREX) is nice to have.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 20.000€ to 25.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
