Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is a consulting firm specializing in Banking and Financial Services. They seek a Financial Data Processing Analyst based in Lisbon to perform daily reconciliations, monitoring, and testing across accounting systems.

The role requires a degree in Accounting, 2-3 years of experience, IFRS knowledge, and English fluency (B2+). Hybrid Lisbon office with access to Quanteam Academy and career development programs.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Knowledge of banking accounting and IFRS standards.

Responsabilidades

• Control and monitor daily reconciliations between back-office systems and the accounting database.
• Daily control of accounting production monitoring and processing of CRE and CRS rejections.
• Daily reconciliation of suspense and deferred accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitor the chart of accounts.
• Prepare accounting tests and documentation for new products and schemes.

We are looking for a Financial Data Processing Analyst

• Control and monitoring of daily reconciliations between Back-office management systems and the accounting database.
• Daily control of accounting production monitoring, processing of CRE and CRS rejections.
• Daily reconciliation of suspense accounts and deferred accounts, and resolution of discrepancies (manual accounting entries).
• Monitoring of the chart of accounts.
• Accounting testing work and documentation of products and processes for new products and accounting schemes modifications.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a accounting role.
• Knowledge banking accounting and more specifically of Market Products and associated IFRS standards
• Experience with Back-office applications (SUMMIT, SOPHIS, MUREX).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 18.000 - 25.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
