Capgemini Portugal is inviting recent graduates to join our AML Academy in Lisbon. You will engage in training and contribute to monitoring and investigations within anti-money laundering.

You will review alerts, document audit trails, escalate issues, and collaborate with Operations and Compliance to understand payment processes across jurisdictions. English fluency and teamwork are essential as you grow in an international banking environment.

Qualificações

• Recently graduated in Law, Management, International Relations or similar areas.
• Interest in AML, Compliance, and Financial Crime Prevention.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in an international banking environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance professional expertise while contributing to team performance and capacity planning.
• Review and assess transaction monitoring alerts for potential money laundering risks within agreed service levels, collaborating with Operations and Compliance teams to understand payment processes and monitoring requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Conduct AML due diligence investigations on suspicious transactions, determining whether alerts can be closed as false positives or should be escalated for further investigation by senior AML teams.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and comprehensive documentation to support the review, investigation, and resolution of transaction monitoring alerts.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues, risks, and operational blockers to management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, methodologies, controls, and process efficiency within the AML function.
• Support effective workload and capacity management across the department to ensure service delivery objectives are met.
