Capgemini Portugal seeks a motivated Junior Financial Consultant to join our Lisbon team in a hybrid role. As FXMM Control & Investigation Officer, you will help ensure accurate reconciliation of foreign exchange and money market transactions and support risk and control processes.

You will work with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain operational integrity, identify discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Economics, Management or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
• Sense of ownership, responsibility, and urgency.
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn.
• English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate reconciliation and processing of FX and Money Market transactions.
• Monitor transaction flows between business units and clients for operational integrity.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate operational risks and discrepancies.
• Support timely resolution of settlement and reconciliation issues.
• Maintain high standards of control, accuracy, and compliance in daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure efficient transaction processing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and risk management controls.

Are you a motivated Junior Financial Consultant looking to kick-start your career and make a real impact?
