Capgemini Portugal is launching a new Tech Hub in Porto, inviting you to join an empowered, collaborative team delivering innovative IT solutions for leading organisations. As IT Support Engineer, you will provide 2nd level onsite and remote support to keep systems running smoothly and securely.

The role covers managing Windows and Mac environments, device management, software installation, IT security policy adherence, and collaboration with external vendors on projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as IT Support Engineer.
• Experience supporting Windows OS, MacBooks, Microsoft Office, and endpoint environments.
• Knowledge of device management, mobile systems (iOS), and workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking basics, and printing systems.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IT security policies and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level onsite and remote support, including incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manage and support Microsoft environments, endpoints, mobile devices, and workplace systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and IT systems.
• Support rollouts, office moves, and lifecycle management of IT equipment.
• Ensure IT security compliance and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support IT projects and improvements.
