The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, has experience or interest in timber construction, and can read technical drawings.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical background.
• Experience or strong interest in timber construction, joinery, timber structures, or bespoke woodwork.
• Experience coordinating construction teams, installers and subcontractors.
• Experience delivering residential, hospitality or other high-end construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to travel within the Lisbon region.
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the execution of medium and high-end construction projects.
• Supervise the installation of technical joinery, timber structures and bespoke wood solutions on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, installation teams and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards, budget and schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the execution phase.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, architects and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
