Job summary

agap2 indústria is expanding in Portugal and is seeking an experienced Site Manager – Steel Structures & Facades to oversee large-scale on-site projects in Lisbon. Candidates should have a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background and proven experience with steel structures, roofing and façade systems.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors and site teams, reading technical drawings and ensuring quality, HSE compliance and timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing installation of steel structures, roofing and façade systems.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise execution of steel structures, roofing and façade works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, deadlines and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and project management teams.
