Job summary

agap2 indústria is expanding in Portugal and is seeking an experienced Site Manager – Steel Structures & Facades to oversee large-scale on-site projects in Lisbon. Candidates should have a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background and proven experience with steel structures, roofing and façade systems.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors and site teams, reading technical drawings and ensuring quality, HSE compliance and timely delivery across projects.

As part of the expansion of a leading company in the steel construction sector, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager – Steel Structures & Facades to join the team responsible for the execution of large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• Proven experience managing the installation of steel structures, roofing and façade systems;
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation;
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality and HSE requirements;
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Availability to travel and work on project sites;
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union.
