The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure cost‑control measures are implemented.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of all phases.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements.
• Manage project resources including materials, equipment and labor.
• Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address concerns or issues that may arise.
• Prepare reports for upper management outlining project status, progress, budget updates and other metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
