Responsabilidades

• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations and resolve construction issues.
• Hire and supervise construction workers; negotiate contracts with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
