OceanWave Maritime in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership, and outstanding organizational and communication skills to coordinate with architects, contractors and clients.

This full-time role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling and quality control, with regular site visits, risk assessment and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet specifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust to meet deadlines within budget.

A reputable construction company in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership communication and organizational skills As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with architects contractors and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients management and team members

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Valid work visa for Portugal
