Dstny in Porto is looking for a skilled Technical Solution Architect to lead technical engagement with Tier-1 Service Providers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. The role includes designing end-to-end service architectures and advising on best practice service design.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pre-sales and solution architecture in telecoms, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Enjoy a flexible work environment and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or service architecture within telecoms.
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 or large Tier-2 Service Providers.
• Knowledge of UCaaS, SIP, voice networks, APIs/CPaaS.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical engagement with Tier-1 Service Providers during pre-sales.
• Design service architectures covering the Dstny portfolio.
• Own the technical response to RFPs and tenders.
• Work closely with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities.
• Ensure all solutions align with Dstny architectural standards.
