Syffer is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design scalable architectures with a strong focus on Azure Cloud and SaaS integrations. You will lead architecture governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and support agile delivery teams using Jira and Confluence.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in solution or enterprise architecture, deep EA frameworks knowledge, GDPR compliance, and strong executive communication. Hybrid, international teams and global projects offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• 10–15 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Strong Azure Cloud, SaaS, and integration architecture expertise.
• Knowledge of EA frameworks, capability modeling.
• Designs integration solutions maximizing reuse and interoperability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for exec audiences.
• Able to independently facilitate workshops and drive decisions.
• Experience in Agile environments; Jira/Confluence a plus.
• Knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR regulations valued.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese/Spanish advantageous.

What You'll do:

• Design and define scalable solution architectures with a strong focus on Azure Cloud and SaaS applications.
• Lead application architecture and integration initiatives, promoting the reuse of existing services, methods, and processes.
• Produce and maintain solution architecture documentation aligned with both business and technical requirements.
• Act as the architecture reference throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistency across delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to explain, defend, and align architectural decisions.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and support executive-level discussions and presentations.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and GDPR requirements.
• Contribute to architecture governance by applying enterprise architecture frameworks and capability models.
• Support Agile delivery teams, working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, SaaS applications, and application integration architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, and capability modeling.
• Experience designing integration solutions that maximize reuse and interoperability across enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Proven ability to independently facilitate workshops and drive architecture decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR regulations is highly valued.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Portuguese and/or Spanish are considered an advantage.
• Comfortable working in hybrid and global team environments.
