QualityAI is seeking a TestLead to drive end-to-end test delivery from Lisbon in a hybrid role. You will manage SIT and UAT efforts, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and implement governance for test artefacts to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel, and Power BI, plus Agile methodologies and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager/Foundation Level. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibleforthe managementanddeliveryofSITandUAT (SystemIntegrationandUserAcceptanceTesting) inWaterfallenvironments;
• Oversee multiple test teams, and assure project delivery, including hybrid onshore/offshore teams;
• Plan and delivery of test initiatives for complex programmes;
• Implement processes to deliver high quality test artefacts to support test delivery (Test Prep, Execution, Reporting & Closure);

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with complex projects with multiple deliveries across several platforms, with gaps in documentation available (user stories missing detail and acceptance criteria, etc), with high number of Change Requests submitted throughout delivery and test phase;
• Mustbecomfortablewiththeneedtoreplanoftenandtoreviewtheapproachtoaccommodatefordelaysindeliveryofsomerequirements,etc;
• Solid experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel and Power BI. Must be able to setup dashboards in JIRA, analysis over JIRA and Zephyr (leveraging complex Excel spreadsheets) and able to create and manage PowerBI reports;
• Abilitytodealwithcustomerstakeholdersatalllevels;
• FluentinEnglish(spokenandwritten).
