Main Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall Quality Assurance strategy across all project phases
• Ensure test coverage for functional requirements, integrations, regressions, performance, security, and accessibility
• Define and maintain quality gates across different environments and release cycles
• Drive and improve reusable test automation frameworks
• Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Coordinate internal and external testing teams to ensure quality alignment
• Monitor defects, quality metrics, and trends, proactively identifying risks and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with development, product, architecture, and operations teams within Agile environments

Technical Requirements

Mandatory

• Strong experience as a QA Lead / Senior QA Engineer / Test Lead
• Solid background in test strategy and quality governance
• Hands‑on experience with web and API test automation
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar
• Experience with API Testing (Postman, REST APIs, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills
• Experience with both functional and non-functional testing:
• Performance Testing
• Security Testing
• Accessibility Testing
• Regression Testing

Nice to Have

• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Knowledge of headless architectures and microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of OWASP and security testing methodologies
• Experience with JMeter, Dynatrace, or similar tools
• Background in large-scale web platforms
