Expleo is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join a long-term project for a leading retailer. You will lead QA activities across complex technology programmes, driving test automation, quality engineering and shift-left practices to ensure successful delivery.

You will oversee SIT, UAT, regression and release testing across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments, mentor cross-functional teams, manage defects and risks, and report quality governance to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Test Manager within large-scale enterprise programmes.
• Strong understanding of test automation and Quality Engineering principles.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of shift-left testing and engineering-led quality practices.
• Experience overseeing non-functional testing activities.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, define testing approaches and influence key quality decisions.
